Access Code Problem Solving
- Did you buy the wrong digital item? Email the Bookstore with this information:
- Your first and last name
- Email address used for redemption
- Phone number
- Code you originally received from UFV Bookstore
- Item# of the code purchased (located on your receipt)
- Date, and Trans# of purchase (located on your receipt)
- Class for which you need the code
Common Problems and Solutions
Problem: Code has already been accessed or redeemed
Check your junk mailbox for the publisher product information email. If it's not there, contact the Bookstore.
Problem: You are asked for the class code or class key
You must ask your instructor for this.
Problem: You have not received your product information email
1) Check your spam/junk mailbox
2) You may have entered your email address incorrectly. This can only be fixed by Campus eBookstore support. Email support@campusebookstore.com with your name, the incorrect email address and the correct email address.

Follow the prompts to create your student account, continue without a Course Join Code, redeem Bookstore Access Key from the bookstore or purchase the etext directly.
Enter Access Code from the e-mail you received after redeeming your proof of purchase code.
